Cancellation, No Show & Payment Policies
At Twisted Scissors Salon & Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, I have implemented the following policy:
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We Kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No Call/No Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without calling will be marked as a "No Call/No Show." Being 10 or more minutes late will be considered a no show.

After one (1) No Call/No Show, you will be required to book as a walk-in client only, with no option to pre-book future appointments.
Payment Policy
· Payment for all salon services and products is due in full at the time of service
· I accept cash, debit/credit cards, check (local), and Venmo
· Unfortunately, I am unable to extend credit or hold balances
· If you are unable to pay at the time of your appointment, please let me know before booking so we can work out a time to reschedule.
